This Privacy Policy sets out how frontierhedge ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards personal information when you use and the Services. We act as controller for these data.
Data collected. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data alongside KYC paperwork demanded by regulators. Also collected: execution and account history, device logs and support messages. For EU/UK users: performing the contract, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, platform security, plus optional product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only operational providers (custody, payments, KYC), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through account lifetime and statutory windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access limits.
